How can we obtain market information about popular products?
You can tell us which product you are interested in, and we will update you on the best-selling products every week.
If we don't have a freight forwarder in China, can you do this for us?
Of course, we have a very good relationship with the freight forwarding company, and we can recommend it to you. You will receive the best transportation prices and excellent service.
How do you carry out quality control?
We have a professional QC team that will control the quality of goods in all batch production processes. We can provide you with testing services.
What is the standard minimum order quantity for your product?
Different products may have different minimum order quantities, but for regular products, we can make them based on the quantity of 100 pieces.
If we have our own supplier but do not have export services, can you act as an agent for us?
We provide agency services for customers. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us at any time.
What is your payment deadline?
Usually, 30% of the deposit and 70% of the balance are paid through wire transfer. Considering our cooperation, other payment terms can be negotiated. If you have any special requirements, please feel free to talk to us.
